The Strength of Innocence and Vulnerablity

background beautiful blossom calm waters

Context

It’s important to be acknowledged and validated. Through skillful uses of vulnerabilities our innocence may be revealed establishing a greater presence concurrent with strengthened sensitivities and a renewed connectivity.

The necessity of heralding the benefits of innocence and vulnerability originates from a society that buries these qualities under masks of suppression and repression to project false fronts of strength and as a result makes secrets. This breeds an unhealthy emotional life that is systemic in this hierarchical culture. Part of the old guard – example – the New England mindset was never to show weakness – shed a tear, admit making a mistake and so on. Many modern peoples believe weeping to be a weakness when sad. One of the meta-rules of modern culture is not to show vulnerable emotions such as tearfulness or weeping in any setting. The one exception may be a man shedding a tear in the presence of a woman partner.

innocence and vulnerability have been denigrated throughout systemic patriarchal culture

The human culture has been one of projecting strength while denying vulnerability particularly in men and also in woman especially as they gain leadership roles in business, as professionals and in government. Due to the suppression or repression of innocence and vulnerability secrets grow in strength and unconscious aberrations of these secrets are vented as a result.

A simple form of unconscious venting is projection. One day when my mother came into my bedroom and was about to say something I burst into tears for no apparent reason. She said – don’t cry, act like a man. The grief I had felt wasn’t my own and she then shamed me for it and I felt confused and shamed. When simple projection becomes projective identification, the person receiving repeated projections is passive and may feel the identity of the other within themselves (see note at the end of this piece).

innocence at the core of the individual emanates from the essence of the person

In short innocence and vulnerability have been denigrated throughout systemic patriarchal culture. What happens when innocence and vulnerability are taken out of the closet and are utilized in daily social interactions?

What is innocence?

At the core of almost every individual innocence abides throughout the corporeal existence between birth and death. Innocence belongs to the infinite and is a part of being (see diagram below).

Finite-Infinite2

The loss of innocence as described in psychological theory and in literature confuses infinite innocence with innocence reframed by ego. Innocence (from Being) remains and is forgotten. It is forgotten because ego, linear space-time and language in the finite world rides roughshod over innocence that appears ephemeral and illusive because we have no language for it.

masks that give the appearance of strength, dull emotion behind the fear / avoidance of hurt

Shoshin a word from Zen Buddhism meaning “beginner’s mind” denotes an attitude of openness, a boundless thirst for exploration and a lack of preconceptions. “Beginner’s mind” is innocence that springs from an eternity in the present or a beingness.

EssenceFlameEternal

A shamanistic perspective of innocence at the core of the individual emanates from the essence of the person. The essence is a frequency of light that runs near the spinal column to the skull. It enters through the top of the skull and streams out of the end of the spine at the tailbone. The essence is the core of a person separate from ego that is most evident in a child before language develops and up to age seven when ego-identity is fixed. It is usually at this juncture that essence and innocence begin to fade.

Setting strong and flexible boundaries, allowing for times of vulnerability can lead to skills of navigating

Essence and innocence appear in many peoples’ lives but almost always by accident because ego appears to exercise control in the finite realm. On occasion when ego becomes lax innocence and essence appear and a sense of magic, mystery and the divine seem to enter.

A spiritual practice and daily inner work are necessary for cultivating a space to exercise essence and innocence to grow and mature.

What is vulnerability?

Think of innocence as a state of being and vulnerability as a kind of fluidic action that opens to innocence. Vulnerability is a kind of currency that moves from the seeming closed and acceptable state of so-called “strength” of the finite world of ego to an opening of innocence in the infinite world of essence.

Continued masks that give the appearance of strength, dull emotion behind the fear / avoidance of hurt. The muscles of emotion along with the balance of beginner’s mind atrophies reducing sensitivity and connectivity. Individuals that are maturing emotionally can begin to take risks to be vulnerable, get hurt and recover. This is about utilizing and strengthening ego on the way to mastery.

finding a safe space within oneself

Setting strong and flexible boundaries, allowing for times of vulnerability can lead to skills of navigating in an emotional landscape even amongst those who are expert at hiding any feelings behind logic and reason. Even those who wield the mask of logic and intellect have emotions that are hidden and perhaps locked away. Sometimes by skillfully allowing oneself to be vulnerable it tacitly gives permission for others in social settings to relax their guard. Sometimes vulnerability when coupled with humor whether that be a witty or self-effacing comment, the armor that others hold can be loosened. A vulnerable leader can get a sense of the emotional temperature or climate of a social space. This can be useful in either attracting someone that wishes to share or someone that craves contact.

Using mild humor, witticisms, self-effacing statements or lines where laughing is elicited is a way of managing when you may have been too vulnerable. Laughter like crying releases emotional distress. Laughter, of course is socially acceptable while crying is not. Humor and laughter cannot be planned (unless you take the ultimate leap of stand-up comedy – but no guarantees). It takes self-trust and a willingness to release something unexpected in a social context even if it is only one to one communication. Enrolling in an improvisational acting and or humor class can be helpful in accelerating uses of vulnerability in informal social settings as well as being “a ton of fun”.

In the beginning of exploring emotional landscapes one might work on finding a safe space within oneself, then expanding that space to one or two others. As a man who arose from extreme social awkwardness it took me many years to begin to access the emotional temperature of others at a party for instance. It wasn’t until my mid 40s that I began to tolerate and trust myself enough to explore my vulnerability in social situations. It took work throughout my 30s, 40s and 50s. And the work is never completed.

when ego has gained sufficient maturity can vulnerability be used skillfully

As an empath I tend to absorb the chaotic, joyful emotions and the vibrations of those drinking, smoking marijuana or using other substances though I no longer partake – am clean and sober. Now when I attend parties I arrive late usually in the middle of the evening and leave early. I contact the host or hostess to say a brief “hello” upon arrival. They’re usually busy serving and checking in with guests. I wait until I find one person of interest. Though the last time I was at a gathering the person found me. If I am at an ebullient party where wine and MJ are being imbibed, especially to excess I get a contact high off these energies (and I am nowhere nearly the smoke). If I am there from one to two hours at most then it takes me one to three hours of being alone to detox from the vibrations of the gathering.

Only when ego has gained sufficient maturity can vulnerability be used skillfully. However, the very nature of using vulnerability to open to innocence there is always a risk of emotional injury. Most people dare not expose themselves to avoid emotional injury and remain a person wearing a mask or shield. A young person in the throes of naiveté exposes themselves without regard to consequences. This is not being vulnerable – more a wild abandonment – a shot out of a cannon.

Some End Notes

Navigating emotions in social situations takes a modicum of self-awareness, trust in one-self, a strong ego with flexible boundaries and willing to take risks (become vulnerable). Taking risks means a willingness to be hurt emotionally and knowing you will recover and gain nuance in the skill set of vulnerability.

In the beginning it may be good to have an intention or a goal for possible vulnerability so you can get “the hang of it.” As you become more skilled with a higher functioning ego choosing when and how much to expose by being vulnerable will become easier. However, the risk will always be there.

Working with vulnerability, innocence and being is an art form that requires continued practice.

No fooling – The Best Career / Avocation Ever

Purpledaywave

In the beginning…

Ever since I was very young I saw my mission to help relieve suffering in the world. I wanted to be a therapist and work to relieve suffering one person at a time. I studied Psychology in college and received a BA.

I began as a counselor.

In 1990 I received a calling, a mandate from God.

One night before retiring I asked God what I was supposed to do with my life. In the morning I had a waking experience that lead me to a woman that was thinking of killing herself. I listened with acceptance and did not offer advice. I was about to give her the names of therapists and groups to which she replied:

“The universe put you out there to hear my call and that’s all I needed.”

She chose to live and is alive today.

Further along…

As a counselor and later as a healer I have encountered peoples’ many personal realities. As a counselor in alternative mental health facilities for over 20 years I learned to listen deeply to others problems.

In the course of that work I began to let go of judgment.

When I felt their helpless I allowed myself to feel helpless with them without necessarily saying anything. Sometimes that appeared to have helped them.

Initiation…

All my life I have had bizarre experiences that have been “out-of-this-world”. I never spoke of them for fear of being condemned and shamed as “crazy” or “weird”.

landscape nature sky person
Gateway into Wonder

When I moved to California in 1982 I felt that the land and the mountains accepted me and that I had arrived home. The east-coast Connecticut Yankee critic in me was very harsh regarding the “foo-foo” impressions and thoughts running through my consciousness at that time. I continued to engage in inner “spiritual” work and observed this new consciousness within me.

In 1984 was a bizarre time for me. I saw light running like blood through trees. I had x-ray vision into my left arm where there was blood pumping there was light. A nearby plant extended its light over that very arm. I decided I was crazy – I closed my eyes and prayed for normalcy. When I opened my eyes, everything returned to normal. For more follow the link: Connection to Nature via the Heart

A couple of months later I moved a pool skimmer that was caught-up on a wave-gutter of a backyard in-ground swimming pool without touching it – for more follow the link: Gateway into the Light

I saw a white-light come from friend’s heart to my heart about 20 feet away. I felt love and the warmth of friendship.

Not normal experiences.

Sacred privilege…

As it has always been with my work as a crisis and half-way house counselor the information shared remains confidential so it is with the many clients I have seen in my healing practice.

loveflameEternity-copy2

Clients have come for a wide array of problems ranging from a concern over future events, physical / disease problems, opening to other worlds and many more. The intimacy I share with people is very sacred to me and I feel honored and blessed to be trusted so. I have found that there is something in me that always has transcended the Connecticut Yankee skeptic and critic inside to completely accept, honor and embrace a person’s reality with kindness and compassion. This has been a great blessing.

Each person brings the gift of their dilemma and with that a teaching for me. This completes a cycle of assisting them to solve a problem or problems while receiving a teaching. The cycle of giving and receiving is completed within each session that in-turn creates many blessings for me and the world at large.

Continually letting acceptance flow from me has taught me to embrace the shadow within, and to apply love and support to the parts of myself that I dislike and fear. The cycle of acceptance is a grace from a higher place where we all long to dwell.

When I complete a session, I feel vulnerable and in a trance of higher vibrational energies. The acceptance spills out imbued with love and compassion to include others throughout the world in a new kind of inclusiveness.

The feelings evoked are indescribably joyous.

Free Will Does Not Exist

black chain

There is no free will.

But we live under the illusion

that we have free will.

However, there is a possibility of exercising free will. Many readers will balk at these pronouncements because they have never questioned the assumptions that proclaim that will is free.

The purpose of this article is three-fold:

  1. How is it that there is no free will?
  2. How do we come to believe that we have free will?
  3. A possible way out of entrapped will.

The Current Understanding of Free Will

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines free will:

: freedom of humans to make choices that are not determined by prior causes or by divine intervention

The definition above seems true and it leaves out basic and invisible assumptions we all make about ourselves. These assumptions mask universal truths about human nature and create illusions that we are acting from a place of free will. Once we begin to understand that free will is bound by illusions we can work to move beyond these fantasies to a place where acts of free will can be created. It’s not easy to embark on a path to create an act of will, free of the past.

The Blocks that Prevent the Exercise of Free Will

There are two invisible illusions that are pernicious examples that block the exercise of free will, one is historical and the second is habitual. These responses stem from non-original thought for the most part.

I rebelled against their belief

Historical

Our familial heritage in which beliefs are formed over generations is a major block to free will. Belief belongs to a set of assumptions based on mental representations where likelihoods are perceived to be true. Our parents teach us their beliefs. They teach in conscious and unconscious ways.  Embedded within parental or familial beliefs are behaviors of a parent in arrays of pre-determined thought and action. Even when we notice a rebellious behavior father against his father’s belief – that rebelliousness is a kind of slavery. Taking up an opposite belief (as a rebellion) is a reaction to a belief and is not free. Our for-bearers learned beliefs and behaviors under the wing of their parents and their grandparents to the beginnings of civilization.

Habits of mind are only one kind of habit.

There are other kinds of beliefs that may blend with mentally formed beliefs. It may be that all beliefs are imbued with emotion fixing each belief. In-turn mental-emotional beliefs are held in our bodies or brains and as such become part of the physical of somatic systems of our being. It is this complex configuration of belief that is transmitted generationally.

Other adopted beliefs may come from peers who in-turn have learned conscious and unconscious beliefs from their parents and so on…

Habitual

Even more insidious than the heritage of belief are habits. A habit – Merriam-Webster dictionary defines – “an acquired mode of behavior that has become nearly or completely involuntary”. Habits become increasing useful as a shorthand to operating in complex modern, social and technological environments. It could be quite easily argued that the learned habit of driving a car with a manual transmission (gearbox) would be cumbersome and unsafe if we had to think of each step to execute the behaviors. A habit of blurting-out an opinion besides being impulsive could be evidence of falling victim to a kind of slavery thus eradicating free will. Habits of mind are only one kind of habit. Somatic memory where all habits are recorded at least partially whether they are deemed good or bad is a repository for habits created in the mind, by emotions and/or in bodily actions.

Beliefs are both consciousness and unconscious.

The phrase “being on automatic” relates to following a particular habit automatically. Simple examples of this is missing an exit on the freeway due to distracted thinking and/or spacing out (mild dissociative thinking).

When beliefs and habits interact then a few processes may be occurring simultaneously. Responding by rote may be occurring or in the modern vernacular – reacting from a place of “sleep”. When rote or “sleep” responses occur, there is rarely any reflection on our behaviors. We may become locked into a personal dogma or orthodoxy that is specific to our habitual response derived from belief.

Beliefs are both consciousness and unconscious. Unconscious beliefs may run through a variety of filters that may include and are not necessarily limited to: bias, prejudice, bigotry, racism, sexism; and while not a complete list, these may also be unconscious. When conscious and unconscious beliefs meet habitual responses especially if little or no reflection or contemplation is involved then free choice gets buried under more prior causes.

In our current stage of evolution there is no original thought

Prior causes of beliefs and habits learned and adopted make it easier to dismiss them while focusing on smaller contexts of our lives. We don’t see the prior causes of beliefs and habits because we choose to believe we have free choice and free will without any self-examination.

Patterns of Thought

All human thought is associative in its pattern. A thought is associated with another in a string of binary thoughts. The more complex ordering of thought such as deductive and inductive logic arise from binary associative thought. Binary associative thinking can be parsed into many subsets of complex patterned thought. Thought like written language is also linear following a logic of beginning, middle and end.

it’s very easy get distracted by the flow of tangential and or distracting thoughts

In our current stage of evolution there is no original thought for the most part. This is not to say that the recycled patterns of thought are not creative. They are creative but within the constrictive patterns of non-original thought in an associative binary stream in a linear space-time reality. According to the ancient Bhagavad Gita 200 BCE in the cyclical history of epochs or Yugas current human thought is mostly recycled thinking.

Ideas such as Jung’s Collective Unconscious as well as an electromagnetic depository of all recycled thinking (Collective Consciousness) is often easily accessible by artists, writers and the like. Binary associative thought within the collective consciousness of non-original thought is always available to us from our stream of consciousness. In the stream of consciousness thought may be verbal, pictorial or emotional with combinations thereof. We tap into our own stream which may be running continuously. However, when we tap into the stream it’s very easy get distracted by the flow of tangential and or distracting thoughts. Many people get caught in their stream of consciousness when we close our eyes at night and our attention may be diverted into the stream and this may keep us awake.

At the very core of our existence, inside each of us is what Buddhist philosophy and other spiritual traditions describe as the true self or essence.

Within our essence is our true self, happiness and enlightenment. Quieting the mind and working on detaching from the constant stream of consciousness produced by a fragmented ego allows original thought to emerge. Quieting the mind also allows us to detach from both our own stream and the collective stream of consciousness.

Modern peoples have forgotten or ignored the inner world of happiness in favor of the pull of the external world. Ego, society and the tech of language paints the illusory world of linear time of past present and future and the erroneous belief that happiness is out there.

Living under the Illusion of Free Will

This simple answer to the question of why we believe we have free will – because we have been told. We have been schooled that free will exists. The cultural meta-rules continually imply that we have free will and that it is a right.  Free Will is therefore an assumption that is rarely questioned and so it stands.

Could be argued that if free will does not exist then “is everything pre-determined?” I don’t ascribe to an either /or oppositional philosophy of will or choice. The lack of free will does not necessarily mean a pervasive predetermination exists. There are other possibilities. Language and thought loves to project meaning onto everything – a desire for order and safety? perhaps. There are other possibilities about the nature of the world without the existence of free will.

It’s much more likely that human culture bumbles along in a mechanistic manner in a world of hazard and accident. As frightening as this might be the illusion that we have free will protects us from this possibility.

Individuals that have attained a modicum of Mastery could access free will for a creative act based on nothing (no previous influences). Masters or realized elders may have prevented human civilization from destroying itself. This can be supposed and requires a leap beyond current recycled thought in modern science.

background beautiful blossom calm waters

A way out or Moving towards Mastery and Free Will

The path towards creating an act of will free from all past influences is impossible for most everyone due to fragmented egos. Everyone has a fragmented ego in part having to do with contradictory actions and beliefs that we hide from ourselves. Ego is a manager of daily events and yet assumes control over everything – this is illusion. Moving out of the illusions of ego (without destroying ego) towards Mastery is a challenging aim. This is an extremely difficult path which requires constant work. Ninety-nine percent of the human population are incapable of this kind of rigorous work despite a temporary desire to pursue such work.

The traditional path of this work is seeking a teacher. In the 20th century seeking a teacher may have faded from favor and have been replaced by schools or “mystery schools” that may have a cultish quality. Some now have mistakenly perceived that “a book spoke to me” and believe is enough to begin the work towards mastery (this is the hanky-panky of ego at play).

Conclusions

In the Bhagavad Gita the Yugas are explored. While there is some disagreement about the mathematical calculations of the length of each Yuga it’s clear that humans at this stage of evolutionary development are not on a path of mastery.

The largest body of “evidence” is both the lack of original thought and humans’ irresponsible actions regarding thought itself.

First, thought and emotion cannot be separated. Most human thought is recycled from a collective consciousness that is streamed collectively and individually. When a human in a higher vibrational environment (such as a less violent nation) recycles a negative thought where fear / anger and acting out ideas associated with these negative thoughts – that are not acted upon – these thoughts go to a chaotic environment where they are acted upon.

For example: a man driving in traffic is thoughtlessly cut off by another man in traffic. A fearful / angry response – reaction occurs. Swearing may ensue. Then the emotion / desire for revenge / justice fades. Under the rubric of collective consciousness that thought is recycled somewhere in the world where a chaotic lower vibrational realm flourishes – such as a “war zone”. A person in is lower vibrational world acts out this recycled thought.

Since humans in the particular Yuga we find ourselves in are not even aware that they are participating in collective recycled thinking. In effect we as humans are not-responsible for something in which we are unaware. In short, we are not evolved enough to realize that we participate in recycled thinking. This is part of the illusion of free will.

The proliferation of internet platforms such as social media have accelerated the effects of recycled thought to action. Fear of change has become exacerbated world-wide by the Internet’s viral messages and videos spreading through panic, terrors and rage. Hate is spread and is fomented into violence as in the recent murders / terrorism in New Zealand (March 2019).

By practicing care in our thought-patterns we can begin to rise out of recycled though towards a path of free will. One way of practicing care in our though patterns is noticing our angry / rage as it arises in us. We can then tell ourselves that we are angry because we have been afraid. We can soothe the fear / anger in ourselves perhaps changing the loose-end of thought – thus preventing it and our accompanying emotion from manifesting in a lower vibration environment such as a war zone.

Making It Simple

EssenceFlameEternal

multiEarthReality

Why making it simple is dangerous:

When I look back to my childhood things seemed idyllic and I often long for those simpler times. The operative word regarding the simplicity of childhood is seemed. Childhood seems simpler for two reasons – our minds have not developed enough to grasp complex ideas, notions and systems; and two as the population increases with technological advances, climate change not-withstanding the world has become mindbogglingly complex.

a desire for “the good old days”

In my family I have noticed in my sibling that the loss of our father marked a shift in her to embrace the conservative values of my father and the nostalgia of my mother’s romanticisms. She may have thought she had fully processed her grief, but her reversion to a desire for “the good old days” became evident in her insular attitudes and an increased right-wing conservative political stance as well as a refusal to see that the world has changed around her.

These models of individualism while admirable create winners and losers

I suspect that those that embrace the desire for simpler times (of the past) are intellectually and/or emotionally stuck at a variety of childhood ages. They often long for parent-figures that will lead them to the Promised Land [1]. This longing is often expressed in ideologies that emphasize past philosophies of mythological successes such as rugged individualism, rags to riches stories and the like – mirrored in “The American Dream”.

President is a father figure that can solve all our problems

These models of individualism while admirable create winners and losers that in our current world fall apart. Winners either want to assist “losers” or they wish to punish losers for the most part. This is a longer discussion based on the failings of the patriarchy and its new god of consumer capitalism.

Simple answers are not enough for a prosperous people

The childhood longing for simplicity in a complex world leads individuals with antiquated beliefs to vote for Presidents that offer simple solutions to complex problems. Extreme examples of leaders with a simple answers philosophies lead may lead to fascist states. Part of the idea of a President is a father figure that can solve all our problems and make the world safe whether it be simple or complex especially in a failing patriarchal system [2]. (Even a woman president plays by patriarchal rules so that it’s impossible for any of us to escape patriarchal thinking.)

ensure the survival of the human species in the face of climate change

I used to think after President Clinton and President Obama were elected that I could “relax” and that things were taken care of. In hindsight neither of these Presidents did not institute enough nor the right kind of reforms to represent the majority of people economically, to adequately address the role of the military, or aggressively pursue the problems of climate change – though Obama did make some initial strides here.

Simple answers are not enough for a prosperous people. A president alone is not enough. Our representatives are not enough. As a citizen (and not a consumer) it is my responsibility to take an active role beyond merely voting for representatives and a president.

Major issues that need to be addressed and worked towards solutions:

  • To ensure the survival of the human species in the face of climate change
  • Superlative secondary education
  • Income equality
  • Housing
  • Corporate / Big Money out of politics
  • Fair agriculture
  • Addressing the future of work especially with regard to automation and robotics
  • Healthcare

These are complex and inter-related issues that can be solved when communities work together.

NOTES:

  1. The Greeks looked to the Elysium Fields of the west as the promised land of paradise. The west as myth woven with The American Dream was never equally accessible by former slaves. Even for those that felt they have achieved or are on their way of the American Dream they must belong to an educated upper class and have extraordinary luck. Also the Dream is based on the acquisition of “more” money of which there will never be enough.
  2. The patriarch system is a hierarchical structure with the Alpha male on top. It is based on power-over dynamics. There will always be someone over you and someone under you whether you are the most powerful person in the world or someone without any seeming power. The dangers in this kind of system is a focus on its internal criteria to the exclusion of those “objects: that ensure survival – the “object” that is a sacred being and the context of our home – Earth. Even though the patriarchy could be shaped to include earth and her bounty in a capitalistic economy the internal dynamic of winners and losers belies community systems

Tidbits – three errant ideas

“They’ve paved paradise and put up a parking lot…”

Joni Mitchell

Errant Idea #1

I have had many ideas.  Here’s one that could be useful if it were widely used to help lower temperature in summer and help Earth heal.

Aerated parking lots. Most parking lots are paved. Suppose parking lots are left unpaved and held together with buried cinder blocks flush with the surrounding soil and gravel. In the sandy soil chamomile could be planted – an herb than stands up to automobile traffic and could induce calm suggestions in a surrounding environment, Other usable herbs could be planted in addition to bushes. Each of these parking lots could be a bit dusty and car washes using recycled wastewater could be zoned for in each aerated lot. Each shop entrance could have mud scrapers and/or washes for shoes during winter months.

Errant Idea #2

This next idea is especially important in areas subject to drought and fire hazards during dry seasons. Tax incentives for existing properties and laws requiring residential and some commercial structures to recycle waste water and install cisterns to collect rainwater. Besides the obvious function of watering plants and gardens in summer months it could also be used (with battery back-ups) to water-down homes during fires.

Errant Idea #3

This next idea again good where in summer there’s no rain and mostly clear skies: community based solar farms to supply local residents electricity when the grid breaks down.

* a circle is a ring of time holding past and future. An incomplete circle as the one that appears here is a sign of the urge to complete being. Human Beings are defined by the limits of a corporeal form – a physical body subject to the classical laws of Newtonian Physics and yet Human Consciousness can transcend the body – thus the opening.

Composite Beings – Part Two

spacewave1spacewave1

The higher vibrational being (HVB) who enters may remain as an observer for a time before it produces a noticeable event in the child’s or adolescent’s life. Fractured or alternative personalities already exist within the host due to traumatic events that are often on going. A DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) is a coping strategy that some individuals use to deal with extremely impactful traumatic wounds. HVBs are attracted to those suffering from DIDs and look for ways to mesh with the wounded individuals that provide a modicum of strength, protection and may be utilized for aspects of integration in a therapeutic healing process.

Self-acceptance is very important in the healing process.

Just as traumatic events produce fractured wounds and decimate the individual into separate personalities to manage aspects of the trauma the Higher Vibrational Being seeks to augment managing personality parts with positive past, current and parallel realities and lives to support the individual in a wider context. Once the individual begins to incorporate the HVB neuronal patterns, and experiential fragments of the wider context then a cognitive frame can be created with the original organizing self for more effective administration of the wounded personalities for healing.

the HVB may produce synchronistic events that appear “magical” or have extrasensory phenomena

The HVB and the various fragmented parts can come together more quickly and can either be reintegrated into a healing self or co-exist cooperatively with one another. Self-acceptance is very important in the healing process. Finding a therapist and /or a shaman-interdimensional healer who works towards unconditional acceptance of the DID / HVB synergy is extremely important for healing and for future work. [NOTE: not all DID individuals have a HVB entree]. The shaman and/or interdimensional healer can offer a community for the wounded individual with a HVB to be accepted into gracefully.

It’s also possible and likely that the wounded individual will not notice the HVB until the individual has worked towards reintegration and /or a peace cooperation or coexistence between the alternate personalities. When recognition occurs there has been enough work to raise the vibration of the individual as well as integration between the HVB and at least one of the conscious core selves.

Awareness of a high vibration being is a tricky affair.

Until the time of recognition the HVB may produce synchronistic events that appear “magical” or have extrasensory phenomena associated with an incident or incidents. The presence of an HVB within a person with a dissociative identity disorder or fractured selves does not necessarily guarantee automatic healing. Therapeutic work on a psychological level must occur as well as somatic treatments and inner work as in a spiritual practice or some semblance thereof.

Awareness of a high vibration being is a tricky affair. If the HVB reveals itself before a context has been established and the ego of the host is not strong enough to handle the impact the individual may be prematurely diagnosed with additional psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia. Medication could destroy the host’s identity as well as extremely hinder the effectiveness of the HVB to carry out its mission.

[NOTE: Amalgamated Beings are several HVBs fused together that take human form bypassing indigenous humans in the reincarnation process.]

Composite Beings – Part One

spacewave1

A number of years ago in the 1980s the term “walk-in” gained popularity especially with new age thinkers. Ruth Montgomery first coined it in a book published in 1979: Strangers Among Us [1].

peaceful co-existence between the dissociative parts and personalities or a hunger for integration.

Walk-Ins were high vibrational beings who replaced “souls” that wanted to leave due to personal trauma [1]. Later in the 1980s and 90s the walk-in name was expanded to include a permanent or temporary stay by the higher vibrational being and/or sharing knowledge with the individual host [2].

Composite Beings have been with us before our current written history

However when knowledge and experience are shared between the original host and the higher vibrational being there is a blending. This is a Composite Being. Usually the single “walk-in” experience was obscured or cloistered from the host for many years until an urge for healing becomes oriented towards either peaceful co-existence between the dissociative parts and personalities or a hunger for integration.

Composite Beings have been with us before our current written history and occur for a variety of opposing reasons:

The Host (receptive vessel):

  • Is an old soul in the cycle of reincarnation
  • Has had single or numerous severe traumatic events and/or losses in childhood or adolescence
  • Has responded to trauma with a Dissociative Personality Disorder strategy over time
  • In the multiple dissociative states including Alternate Personalities there is a great longing for unification and/or peace and balance.

A Higher Vibrational Being (active vessel):

  • The Higher Vibrational Being is an older soul than the host
  • Has a karma/dharma link with the receptive vessel or host
  • Provides a unifying personality feature and strength of character needed by the host
  • The Higher Vibrational Being is on an active mission that allows healing to occur for the host while healing energies spill over to humanity at large directly and/or indirectly
  • The Higher Vibrational Being’s mission besides healing may extend to other areas.

The Neutral Vessel is Planet Earth.

Composite Beings are attracted to one another whether or not they are aware of the composite blending within themselves for the purpose of awakening and healing.

Once a fractured personality strategy is acknowledged in the conscious ego of the host where the Composite Being is acknowledged and recognized and healing begins other Composite Beings are attracted to one another on a higher vibrational level for the purpose of their missions.

When awakening begins to blossom within the Composite Being other Composite beings on the same or higher vibrational frequency are drawn to each other. The other Composite Beings are on a continuum of self-discovery where they may assist or be assisted by each other for the purpose of healing and fulfilling the individual and collective missions.

The Luckiest of Days: Friday the 13th

as11-44-6667

Sacred Day: Friday April 13, 2018 at 13:13:13 GMT

History

The patriarch authority in the form of Christian monks demonized all Goddess worship in order to suppress and replace pagan rituals.

Friday or the Goddess Freya was called unlucky by the Christian authority because it was a day of the sacred female divinity. Friday the 13th was made to be unlucky because it was associated with the 13th month of the year in the Menstrual Calendar. [1]

In many religions Friday was (is) considered the 7th day of the week and is the most sacred day.

Fish was eaten on Fridays as a fertility right, which was later absorbed into a Christian ritual. [1]

The Church in Europe used the Julian calendar. Peasants used the Menstrual or Goddess-Given calendar. The Lunar calendar was 13 months of 28 days each, each week being 7 days. (13×28=364 plus 1) – was the Menstrual Calendar that conformed to the cycles or phases of the moon namely:

  • New
  • Waxing
  • Full
  • Waning

The Moon cycles correspond with a woman’s menstrual cycle thus the Menstrual Calendar. [2]

Chinese women established a lunar calendar about 3,000 years ago dividing the stellar sky into 28 “mansions” that the moon transversed. The Great Mayan calendar had first been based on “her menstrual cycles”. The word “mensis” is Latin for month, Greek, Middle English and High German – moon. [2]

No one knows – as in a documented sense where this suppression and demonization of woman / the Goddess arises. Astrologer Jeffery Wolf Green writes about the end of the matriarchy and beginnings of the patriarchy in his astrology books. The male rebellion against the Goddess appeared to contain the seeds of the hatred and repudiation of the feminine within a patriarchal dominated culture.

Green states (am I am summarizing and paraphrasing) that women believed that spirit – the divine worked through men to delivery the seed for children to come into the womb of women. Men were superfluous vessels for the seed to be carried. The seed or sperm did not originate with men it originated in the divine feminine and men were hollow vessels in service to the Goddess. The matriarchy raised children in a group setting, there was no family with a man as the leader. All property was held communally. There was no need for weapons of war, no armies, no defense against invaders because everyone lived this way for a few thousand years. [3]

Green states that men became increasingly angry over time and began to over throw female leadership in a violent acting-out manner of raping, pillaging and murder on a massive scale. [3]

What evolved out of that was the family. The man was the leader and the owner of woman and children. I would be remiss if I didn’t write about the legacy of anger that each man holds over women, other men and children as well as dominion over “the earth”.

Some men continue to act-out this anger in the context of the patriarchal system without any self-awareness. Other men have or are continuing to struggle to examine the legacy of anger and the anger within themselves to find a cause for it and work on resolving it responsibly as it arises.

Until more men can and do step forward individually and as a group to own the accountability and responsibility for crimes against the other outside their gender then the legacy of anger will continue. This hard-wiring of anger is oppositional to all the principles of the matriarchy and the divine-feminine.

  • The matriarchy held all life as sacred with horizontal leadership
  • The matriarchy held all property communally.
  • The matriarchy treats property with equal rights and equal access.
  • The matriarchy held earth as a sacred being of the divine

  • The patriarchy holds the yang principle as supreme with hierarchical leadership.
  • The patriarchy holds only the elite or upper class as property owners.
  • The patriarchy is entitled to subjugate and enslave lower classes as property
  • The patriarchy in its rebellion against the matriarchy treats earth as an object to be used and consumed in a hierarchical matrix

Patriarchal Authority is highlighted and exhaled in authoritarianism. It is poised for a yang-based transformation triggered by a revolution of self. Patriarchal authority continues to go through a cycles of death and rebirth and this same authority is transforming the divine feminine. Goddess energies are making spiritual and emotional connections to the world community. Goddess energies are most likely to reveal an abundance of secrets set to transform the world of authority aka the patriarch. Communications and thinking are likely to be intense and in conflict seeking resolution with authority.
